In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
By registering an Account or accessing the Platform in any manner, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with jilaa's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jilaa. If you are accessing jilaa on behalf of any third party or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms.
In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to use the Platform:
jilaa reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
You must complete the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information as prompted during registration and to keep such information updated at all times. jilaa reserves the right to refuse registration at its sole discretion.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If jilaa identifies multiple accounts linked to a single individual — whether by IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, or other identifying information — jilaa reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void winnings, and withhold balances pending investigation.
jilaa is required to conduct KYC verification under applicable Philippine regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You agree to submit the following documents upon request, and in any event prior to the processing of any withdrawal:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by jilaa may result in Account suspension and delay or refusal of withdrawal requests.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jilaa immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
jilaa will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. jilaa will never contact you to request your password. Do not share your Account credentials with any third party.
jilaa recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account, particularly if your Account is linked to a GCash or PayMaya wallet. 2FA can be configured via the Account Security settings accessible after login.
jilaa accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your jilaa Wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. jilaa reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your Account, is strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to deposit, subject to applicable limits and KYC verification. jilaa aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days; however, processing times may vary depending on payment provider circumstances beyond jilaa's control.
jilaa reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, AML review, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or any other matter requiring compliance review.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilaa is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
jilaa may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods.
jilaa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Bonuses may only be claimed by Players who meet the stated eligibility criteria. jilaa reserves the right to reclaim bonus amounts and associated winnings if it determines that a Player has obtained a bonus in breach of applicable bonus terms.
Multiple accounts created to claim bonuses repeatedly are a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
Each Game available on the Platform is governed by its own rules as published within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game before placing bets. jilaa accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand game rules.
All RNG (Random Number Generator) Games available on the Platform are sourced from certified providers and use independently audited RNG systems. Return-to-Player (RTP) values for slot games are published by their respective providers. Live dealer game results are determined by physical events in real time — cards dealt, dice rolled, or roulette wheels spun — by human dealers operating under studio conditions.
In the event of a game malfunction or technical error that renders a game result void, jilaa reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period. jilaa is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions caused by third-party game providers.
You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the Platform:
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet balance and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jilaa.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
jilaa's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your jilaa Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by jilaa's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents jilaa from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
jilaa reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a notice posted prominently on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting jilaa support.
